MyStay and Oliveira Douro House are intermediaries. Tours are the sole responsibility of Terra D'ALMA. Due to logistical issues, tours are not cancellable or refundable.

Reservations:

1. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.

Security:

1. All experiences are insured through a contract with Tranquilidade, a brand of Generali Seguros, Lda.

2. The project Terra D'ALMA is duly registered with the Register of Tourist Entertainment Agents (RNAAT) under number 808/2023;

3. The vehicles used are duly legalized and with all documents and maintenance up to date;

4. The food and drinks tasted are the sole responsibility of those who make/produce them.

Damages:

1. Any damage caused to Terra D'ALMA employees' work tools will be analyzed and when necessary by experts from the insurance company, in order to debit their account with the amount corresponding to the damage caused.

Prohibitions:

1. Smoking is prohibited when in one of Terra D'ALMA's employees' vehicles;

2. Transporting pets in experiences that require tourist transportation.

Notes:

1. Free rides for children up to 3 years old, except on the Apaixonante Tour.

2. In the event that it is impossible for us to book lunch with our partners, Terra D'ALMA guarantee a 25€ voucher per person; The choice of restaurant will be decided between the tour guide and the clients.

3. Timetables may be adjusted depending on the option and the time of year
